VAT is added where required by Norwegian VAT rules. Payment terms: 70% before work starts and 30% when the agreed launch milestone is accepted, before publication or handover. Work starts only after you approve and sign the written order.

A launch-readiness workshop, founding-information checklist, process tracking and practical assistance with standard AS formation steps. You remain responsible for supplied information, signatures and submissions.

One focused, hand-coded English website of up to five pages, with lead form, privacy basics, domain and professional-email setup assistance, one revision round and deployment support.

Orderly handover
A launch checklist and 30-day maintenance and handover period. Accounting services are not included; you choose and contract with an accounting provider separately.
Digital delivery boundary: Terraqrypt’s website-delivery target is 14 business days after the first payment and all agreed customer inputs and approvals are complete. This target does not apply to company registration, banking, D-number processing or accounting onboarding.

You remain responsible for
Founding information, required signatures and submissions, share capital, banking and all public or third-party costs. Bespoke legal documents and legal assessment are not included.

- Budget of NOK 35,000–40,000 excluding VAT and separate costs.
Not included in this pilot
- Low-cost registration-only requests or founders without a defined offer.
- ecommerce, marketplace, custom-app, complex branding or integration projects.
- A regulated business requiring lawyer-led formation.
- Restructuring, tax optimisation or complex holding cases.
- Cases where immigration, D-number, Norwegian business-address, board-role or bank/KYC questions remain unresolved.

Know what the offer does not cover
The Brønnøysundregistrene fee for digital registration of an AS is NOK 6,825 in 2026. Minimum share capital for a Norwegian AS is NOK 30,000. Share capital is company equity, not a fee; the board must ensure adequate equity and liquidity.
The registration fee, share capital, banking, domain/hosting, accounting services and other third-party services are separate unless expressly included in the signed order. Public fee last checked 27 July 2026.
